I wonder who feels worse right now - me for having a bronchial 'infection' or you, for having to continue to suffer through this Look Back series! Somehow I tend to think it just might be you!!
Before we get to that though, here's a little heads' up to say that Kathy Shaw (Shawkl) has just opened registration for another of her free online crazy quilt classes. This one is her ICQC #107 - Mini Silk Ribbon Gardens class. You will create two 9" floral scenes (or you can work the flowers as a sampler if you prefer) and some of the flowers included are the buttercup; climbing rose; daffodil; and wisteria, among others. Registration closes as midnight on Aug. 14th and you can go HERE for further information.
And now, on to the rest of the blocks I created during the year-long colour challenge organized by Sharon Boggon....
I apologize for the photo quality on these - I've learned a little bit since then about taking better pictures.
Today the quote is another anonymous one.... "Few things are created and perfected in the same moment"
Hello MaryAnne, Reading that you have a bronchial infection prompts me to tell you about sambucol. Only this week I collected a bucketful of elderberries and made my own antioxidant batch of sambucol, using this recipe:

If it's possible for you to make some, please do so - and keep it for the winter chills. It's good stuff!!
Best wishes, and get well soon,
Val (UK)
I love seeing your 'looking back' series. But I thought the eternal question was... Which came first...the chicken or the egg?? LOL
