Continuing the 2007 look back

2007 was a busy year.  I created my first (and possibly last!) beaded doll.  It was fun to do, but terribly time consuming.

2007 was also the year that I made this beauty (??!!).  Her name was Doll-E Parton.

It was  also the year that I took part in a crazy quilted Teddy Bear round robin and this was the bear I ended up with.  She now lives on our bed during the day.

Today your quote is from Saint Jerome.... "The face is the mirror of the mind and eyes, without speaking, confess the secrets of the heart"

  1. Hello Mary Anne! I am enjoying your look back in time.... what a fabulous bear! :) x

  2. Your first picture and commentary put a smile on my face. I know that feeling exactly. It's fun to look back on past projects.
    xx, Carol

  3. Hi Mary Anne, What lovely dolls. I especially love your gorgeous teddy! Barbara xx

  4. Interesting projects, it's fun to look back sometimes, thanks for sharing.

  5. That Doll-E Parton doll is a hoot! The crazy quilted bear is beautiful! I'm glad she lives on your bed during the day. She's far too pretty not to have out where you can enjoy her.

Thanks for linking up to this week's Stitchery Link Party!

  6. Lovely stuff Marg. Its fun to look back.

  7. what a posh for Princess Charlotte!

Thank you so much for leaving comments! I appreciate you taking the time out of your busy life to talk to me. It's wonderful to know that someone is actually reading my mumblings and even more fun if I can connect with you and visit your blog.
