- Although THESE are made with fancy papers, I think they could easily be translated into fabric and perhaps a brown paper bag? I found that idea among THESE.
- THESE would add the perfect touch to a handmade gift. There are more HERE. And HERE.
- THIS is really pretty and a great use for scraps.
Well, I'm old, not so creaky, not fat, but I hope I'm at least wiser than when I was young and making mistakes! My mistakes are different ones now.

Your busyness in the kitchen sounds like fun - I love doing things like that though I am the RC so it's all down to me. I love that label and packaging idea too!

The part about 25 year olds, nah. It is better to look at 70 year olds and wonder if he likes coffee and walks. Real life is better than time on what will never be again.
I agree that real life is better - and a whole lot more interesting.
DeleteI couldn't care less about my age, but I care quite a lot about my abilities, and balancing on the line between pushing against and accepting limitations.

ReplyDeleteWhen I started making most of the gifts back in the day it was a cost-saving measure but now it has morphed into an expectation by everyone involved.
