Here is the landscape as it stands now (yet another dull day here so not a good photo once again)...
- HERE is a really cute knitted hat pattern that would be fun done in multiple colours to help with stash busting.
- THIS was interesting to read about, and there's a link at the bottom to more of her galleries too.
- Have a peek at the interesting sculptures by THIS artist!
Today's quote..."Pretending you are okay is easier than having to explain why you're not"
Your landscape is really coming along so well--Love the truck...nice work hugs, Julierose
ReplyDeleteThank you Julierose. The truck will look better once I start adding the details.
DeleteThe sky in your piece is intriguing.
ReplyDeleteI found the Herbort site interesting.
Glad you found something of interest in the links!
DeleteThe current work is coming along fast.
ReplyDeleteThat part of it goes relatively quickly but today it's slowed down to a crawl.
DeleteThis is a beautiful quilt.
ReplyDeleteCatherine
Thank you Catherine. There's a ways to go on this one yet before I can call it done.
DeleteYour landscape is coming along nicely. Knowing you it is slowing down to a crawl as you are getting close to the needlework/embroidery portion. Looks really good so far.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
Yes, the first part of it goes together fairly quickly but now I'm starting to add the details which take awhile.
DeleteI am a beginner knitter and that hat I may be able to accomplish. thanks for the link.
ReplyDeleteCathy
You're welcome Cathy - hope it works for you!
DeleteProgressing well on the quilting
ReplyDeleteLovely links
The quote will be useful. :)
I'm having fun once again. The day I stop having fun is the day I quit doing them!
DeleteI do love to see how your projects come along, even on gloomy days. Those trash bag quilts are really interesting. Thanks for the link. And I totally agree with the quote.
ReplyDeleteYes, the days here have been on the gloomy side but not nearly as bad as some places so I shouldn't complain. Just makes getting decent pictures a challenge.
DeleteYou're making rapid progress on this landscape Mary Anne. Love how it is growing! Have a lovely weekend! Christine xx
ReplyDeleteThe landscape has reached the point where it slows down as far as production. Embroidery comes next.
