So sorry that you won't be getting one of my regular mumblings today. I'm off teaching a workshop on making landscapes.
Wonder how many of my students will be left feeling like this...
Oh, and because it's that day...
- THESE guys made me laugh.
- I like THIS!
- And THIS made me laugh too.
Today's quote is from Les Brown..."Never say you're having a bad day...say you're having a character building day"
Hope your workshop goes well.
ReplyDeleteThank you - it did. At least I didn't hear any complaints anyway.
DeleteOr maybe they'll look like this...🤩 with you teaching! I hope you have a great day.
ReplyDeleteHappy hearts to you! 🥰
They seemed happy so hopefully they can finish their projects off at home without too much trouble.
DeleteHow exciting to teach others all the ins and outs of your landscape. You and your students will have the best fun.
ReplyDeleteIt was a bit nerve-wracking to teach this for the first time and I think I learned just about as much as the ladies did.
DeleteI hope you had a good time and the students learned a great deal.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
I enjoyed it and I hope they did too. Will be fun to see them show off their finished projects hopefully at the next guild meeting.
DeleteI wish I could come to one of your workshops, although I think I may be the one pulling out my hair.... :) xx
ReplyDeleteWouldn't it be wonderful if you could?
DeleteI hope your workshop went well.
ReplyDeleteThe stick hanger is fantastic!
I like the icanvas website.
I think the ladies were happy , at least I hope they were. And when I posted the link to the hanger I was thinking you might be intrigued.
DeleteI have a feeling you will plant lots of seeds of inspiration in your class.
ReplyDeleteI hope I did - it would be nice to see that happen.
DeleteT'would be fun to be one of your students. :)
ReplyDeleteT'would be fun to have you!!
DeleteThis wagon wheel landscape is going to be a good one. Like the pebble texture already. Wondering if you used crayons for wheel highlights?
ReplyDeleteI'm reading you quote Wed night in our Ladies Discussion group at church. Exactly what we've been talking about.
I often use pencil crayons on my landscapes but not wax crayons...might have to give them a try sometime.
