    Happy Easter to the two of you too! Thank you for sharing that Oatcakes recipe I've taken a photo to try them myself. My first hubby was from Cape Breton and his mother used to make Oatcakes and I continued the tradition. But I haven't thought about them for a few years. Thanks for the great links too. They are always of interest!
