Still shoveling

Yes, I'm still shoveling 'stuff' and have gotten bogged down in the filing cabinet that holds altogether too much paper that is serving no real purpose.  I've kept all sorts of information pertaining to the family tree and most of it is readily available online at Ancestry.  So far I've filled a big box of paper that's heading for the recycling and I know I won't miss any of it.  Then it's back into fabric sorting and then I hope it's close to being done.  All that to say, I still don't have any pictures to show you and I apologize for that.

- THESE would be a cute addition to your Christmas tree or for use as a package topper.

- If you happen to like white chocolate (not for me!), perhaps you might like to make THESE.

- THIS would make a cute gift if you added the mug and some hot chocolate mixes.

- I know I shared THIS several years ago, but it might be worth sharing once again.

Today's quote..."A wise man said:  Don't seek revenge.  The rotten fruits will fall by themselves"

  1. Endless sorting! But you're right. So much paper isn't necessary to keep now.

    1. Yes, it does seem endless! Once I get through the filing cabinet the rest of the room should be relatively quick. I hope.

    1. Thanks! Must admit I'm getting heartily sick and tired of the whole process and am more than anxious to get back to being creative.

  3. [Ah yes, let's hope that "rotten fruit" does fall by itself!! Need I say more....]
Sorting and tossing makes me feel very virtuous afterwards--if exhausted;)))

Sherry of createology: With all of your sorting and releasing of STUFF your apartment must be well under its weight limit! Hahaha. If only I could sort and purge my weight so quickly. You have once again shared some wonderful links and I thank you. My clocks go backwards tonight and my body and brain will be boggled for a few days. Blessings Dear….

    1. Right now I'm bogged down in my genealogy files and trying to downsize those. The paper recyling bin is certainly filling up! As for the clock issue, I'll be boggled too. Wish they'd just leave things alone.

  5. I'm looking at the spool of cording that I bought for those ornaments last year. Don't know if I have the desire to make them anymore. Right now it's a vase for dried flowers.

    1. I am so happy that the chore is done here - at least for now anyway. Now to maintain and remember the 'one in, one out' rule.
