Little knitting

Today I have something a little different to show you.  Last night I finished knitting this little toy for the soon-to-be baby...

This was made using an orphan ball of sock yarn I had in my stash (and there's still enough in the ball that I could make a second one).  The pattern is 'Knubbelchen' and can be found on Ravelry HERE.   This little guy measures approximately 14" from the tip of his toes to the top of his hat.

Your quote for today (unknown source)...  "First you have each other.  Then you have a baby.  And then you have everything"

  6. Perfect quote and such a precious little poppet you created.
It reminds me of a wonderful back to earth thoughtful kind of children's catalog called HearthSong. They have been in business for quite a few years and have such special things for little people.
