Today I've been hobbling about - muttering about how dumb I can be.  This morning I managed to wrap my toe around a box full of books and .... guess what?.....boxes of books don't move, and toes?  Well, mine is black and my whole foot is swollen.

Hmmm.....wonder how many times I'm going to whack it again before it heals?

  1. Well, all I can say is OW! feel better soon. Rapid and frequent application of chocolate may be a good rx.

  2. Sounds like it might be broken this time, have you ben to see the Doc? you should rest with it elevated in any case.
The ledger is interesting, it begs for one to peek in every pocket.

  3. Love your new ledger pages. Sorry about the tootsies. Especially when there is no one to blame but yourself. Nevermind, while the foot is swollen you can still stitch away with a ready made excuse....

  4. OWWWWIEEE ... I feel your pain!
Had a similar incident with my right hand a few weeks back ... it was swollen for about 4 days ... counting back change while on cash was painful & difficult ... then recently whacked it again ... and ended up with a green/purple bruise bigger than a twonie!
BTW ... your little envelopes are lovely ...definitely rest that foot ... and stitch!

  5. Ouch MA what will your next trick be?
I love the ledger page-well done.

  6. thats brilliant...........what a great idea!

  7. oh................and OUCH!!!!

  8. Dang, hope your toe is better. That has got to hurt!

I love your ledger pages! I love them so much I may copy that idea. Yes, that much! Thanks for sharing.
