Sometimes I come across something that just makes me smile and this guy certainly did it for me, hope he does for you too.

Today your quote is by George Orwell..."In times of universal deceit, telling the truth will be a revolutionary act"

Glad I made you smile! Donkeys are so cute but they can be cantankerous too.
DeleteYou are head down and chin up, we're elbows up!
Thanks for looking for cheerful ideas. We need them.
ReplyDeleteYes, that's my thought exactly. I'm trying not to make my blog overly political because I think sometimes it's nice for people to visit and not be upset about the state of the world. The quotes, however, might be a tad on the political side.
DeleteYes, God was showing his sense of humor with the faces of Donkey's and their smiles. I'd include goats as well. They are hilarious. Then there is the sound of a bunch of ducks quacking. They sound like a group of folks laughing at you.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the quilt ideas.
Yes, I agree about goats - particularly little ones when they're playing.
ReplyDeleteSherryofcreateology: Yes, I am smiling. That face is just too sweet! Lots of good links and I thank you for keeping me inspired. George Orwell comes through once again. I just finished reading his book, “Animal Farm” with the fiftieth year edition photos.
ReplyDeleteGlad that fellow made you smile Sherry! I don't think I've ever read 'Animal Farm' and will have to put it on the list.
DeleteLove the smile. I really enjoyed Animal Farm, but the thoughts behind it are very deep.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
Glad you liked the smile - sometimes we need something to cheer us up.
DeleteFor sure those plaster dipped fabric flowers will be lots of fun to dip and paint!
ReplyDeleteLet me know if you try it!
DeleteHi MA: Thank-you for the giggle and the links.
ReplyDeleteCatherine
You're most welcome!

ReplyDeleteI rather liked those daffodils too and glad you enjoyed the donkey.
