A fallish finish!

 Introducing..."Harvest Time at Willowview Farm".....

FOR SALE!
measures approx. 21" square

This one is based on a photo of my
own, taken at Willowview Farms near
Abbotsford, British Columbia.

(please note...I left the 'johns' out!)

- I fell down the rabbit hole HERE.  So many pretties!

- There are some great ideas HERE for upcycling used lighting.

- Although THIS is supposedly for dollhouses, why wouldn't it be fun to make them just because?

THESE are pretty!

- Thanks to Quinn for THIS!  It's great fun to open a window somewhere in the world (and if you look at the bottom of the screen you can continue to click through onto others).  Sorry if I've created an obsession!!

    1. Thanks! I used a trapunto technique for some of the clouds to give them a little dimension.

    1. Thank you! I guess maybe posting about being the change and the light might have been fitting also considering the time change over the weekend...didn't think of that!

    1. This one was quicker because there's no hand embroidery on it. That's what takes a lot of time to do.

  7. I like the composition of this one very much - the colors, the textures, the balance, everything. And I like your interpretation of the stone wall better than the original :) Glad you're enjoying the windows! I find it a very restful place to visit.

    1. Hah - me too! Somehow I didn't think they were necessary (at least in a landscape...perhaps more so in real life).

  11. Haha....I must say that outhouses aren't the most attractive of structures, though perhaps a Victorian era one with pretty fables might. Best leave them out. I've looked at your landscape for yonks. There is so much visual loveliness. Those puffy, white clouds in the sky are amazing; as are the trees, the stone wall, the pumpkins, the building and of course , the truck. Why, I want one just like it. I must say I love what you did with the frame. Those machine embroidery stitches remind me of those frames back in the day. Just superb, Mary Anne!. Yes, let us be the light and show kindness in our little corner of the world; every day, all day.
