Here is a teeny little glimpse of what I have been working on for several days now. There are several more days before this part will be complete...
- THIS would make great gifts!
- THESE wee birdies are definitely awwww-worthy.
- I hope THIS will work for you...talk about amazing!
- Some of THESE are quite incredible.
This quote made me smile..."Some people are so poor, all they have is money"
The far out art is largely a rerun of the art of the sixties! Nice, though.
ReplyDeleteYour embroidery is lovely, not a rerun of anything!
Yes, I was thinking rather 60-ish as well but fun to see anyway.
DeleteSherry of createology: Mary Anne your embroidery is exquisite. I always enjoy seeing your links. This quote fits our friend “Diamond Jim”. He has lots of money and always shows off what he buys along with telling how much he paid. My husband says, “He knows the price of everything and the value of nothing!” Lovely weekend to you my friend.
ReplyDeleteThanks Sherry! Your DH is a wise man....too bad some of that wisdom wouldn't rub off on your friend.
DeleteYour embroidery is usually my favorite part of your landscapes. Lovely stitches, Mary Anne.
ReplyDeleteThanks Becki. I love the embroidery part but not every landscape seems to lend itself to it. This one does!
DeleteWow! You are getting into some tedious work there.
ReplyDeleteI love to embroider so it's no hardship for me to play for hours with needle and threads.
DeleteVery nice embroidery going on there. Love what you have gotten done.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
Thanks Jackie!
DeleteWhat a charming flower garden!
ReplyDeleteThat's only part of it!
DeleteYour flowers remind me of the embroidery I learned to do when I was a little girl. The cross-stitch sampler was a little too boring and was never finished, but flowers were endlessly fun and interesting :)
ReplyDeleteMy feelings exactly!! I love trying out different stitches and techniques so embroidery is always interesting.
DeleteThe embroidery is beautiful and I love that strange art.
ReplyDeleteThank you! I love to embroider so it's no hardship to put in the time to do.
