A little glimpse

Here is a teeny little glimpse of what I have been working on for several days now.  There are several more days before this part will be complete...

-  THIS would make great gifts!

- THESE wee birdies are definitely awwww-worthy.

- I hope THIS will work for you...talk about amazing!

- Some of THESE are quite incredible.

This quote made me smile..."Some people are so poor, all they have is money"

  1. The far out art is largely a rerun of the art of the sixties! Nice, though.
Your embroidery is lovely, not a rerun of anything!

    1. Yes, I was thinking rather 60-ish as well but fun to see anyway.

Sherry of createology: Mary Anne your embroidery is exquisite. I always enjoy seeing your links. This quote fits our friend “Diamond Jim”. He has lots of money and always shows off what he buys along with telling how much he paid. My husband says, “He knows the price of everything and the value of nothing!” Lovely weekend to you my friend.

    1. Thanks Sherry! Your DH is a wise man....too bad some of that wisdom wouldn't rub off on your friend.

    1. Thanks Becki. I love the embroidery part but not every landscape seems to lend itself to it. This one does!

  7. Your flowers remind me of the embroidery I learned to do when I was a little girl. The cross-stitch sampler was a little too boring and was never finished, but flowers were endlessly fun and interesting :)
