Another step and mumbles

This is another step in the Embroiderer's Ledger class.  It's great fun and it definitely is stretching my knowledge base.  Now it's on to the next part of the process!

For the 'mumbling' part of this post I have a couple of fun things that you might want to have a look at...

1.  Karen from Sew Many Ways has posted some sewing advice dating from 1949.  You really should read this and be sure you pay heed to the rules.  Of course, I expect we all do....right?  Go HERE for your laugh of the day.

2.  Vicki of Field Trips in Fiber has a great summer sun hat she has made on her blog and if you follow the links there you will find she has done a tutorial for it too.  I don't like hats, but this one has me intrigued and I just might make myself one.  Go HERE to see it.

  1. I can see where this next step is going. Cool!

Ha! MA..the only time I want to sew is when the sink is full of dirty dishes and the beds are unmade! Love the progress you are making with your colour charts. Looking good!

Wanted to wish yo a Happy Canada Day today!

  4. oh boy...I guess I can never sew again then after reading those
love your page but then again you knew that anyway!

Thank you so much for leaving comments! I appreciate you taking the time out of your busy life to talk to me. It's wonderful to know that someone is actually reading my mumblings and even more fun if I can connect with you and visit your blog.
