Nodda.....

....is what I seem to have managed to accomplish today.  I made the mistake of mentioning to my husband last night that, other than for a few errands, I had the entire day today to work on the denim jackets.

welllll..........

the aforementioned errands morphed into a TON of them, all of which took time.  Then, my forgetful brain managed to forget several things which meant two return trips to places I'd already been.  Sigh.  We won't mention that things I remembered AFTER I got home!!  There's no stress in my life - no, not a bit!!

and then.........

I came home to do various and assorted 'stuff' - none of which involved the use of a sewing machine or needle.  I've felt like a whirling dervish all day but when it comes right down to it - I don't have a darned thing to show for it all!!
So........

maybe this little flutterby is having a good day?

yeah, I know - do I want a little chocolate with my whine?

  6. Oh yeah, been there...but maybe the little butterfly is telling you something........it's like when I get in the 'wrong' line at the grocery store.... it's teaching me patience. So what was today teaching you????? :)

You sound just like me. I have one errand that turns to 10 and I never seem to remember the most important until I get home.

I love the picture of the flower and butterfly. I think it is very inspirational for embroidery!

  8. Amazing how a day can fly by just doing a few little errands that turn into a full day like going for a couple of things at the grocery store and coming out with three bags full that you can hardly carry. I look forward to seeing your flower pictures. Thanks for stopping by!
