A bit of progress
There has been a bit done on the newest landscape as you can see from this photo...
Today's quote..."In the rhythm of the needles there is music for the soul"
I've seen those coasters done using green or fall-like fabrics, but never in the florals as were shown this time. Interesting take! You should see the vehicle now - it's changed a lot!!
Oh, but don't we enjoy having a to-do list that's a mile long? I get one thing crossed of mine and add three more, so obviously I'm never going to get anywhere.
Thank you so much for leaving comments! I appreciate you taking the time out of your busy life to talk to me. It's wonderful to know that someone is actually reading my mumblings and even more fun if I can connect with you and visit your blog.
The truck is coming along well, nice work. The quilted coaster link...thank you! It is always nice to have another scrap fabric project.

DeleteI saw a photograph of an old Ford pickup abandoned in a huge field in Saskatchewan and I immediately thought of you :)
ReplyDeleteWell I guess there are far worse things to see that remind you of me!!
DeleteI may not have phrased that very well!! I meant it made me think of the pictures you are inspired by for your fabulous fabric landscapes :)
DeleteHee hee - I knew what you meant!
DeleteI adore this old vehicle coming to life right on your landscape. You really do work magic with your Art Quilts Dear.
ReplyDeleteI'm quite happy with the old car (which has changed a lot since this picture). Today I'm quilting the grass so it's getting there.
Deletestop it with the amazing links!!! There's enough to do lol xxx

DeleteThanks for sharing your progress with your landscapes.
ReplyDeleteConsidering they're all-consuming with me at the moment, there isn't much else I CAN show!
