Grateful

I hope all the mothers out there had a lovely Mother's Day weekend.  I was blessed to receive a beautiful bouquet of flowers, was taken out for breakfast, and the Resident Chef made me a special loaf of bread.  Pretty spoiled!

  3. Mother’s Day weekend was wonderful...so glad yours was too. Lovely Flowers. My daughter had an Edible Fruit Bouquet delivered to me. Yummy! Love those teeny tiny little delicious desserts. Excellent Quote.

    1. oooh - and Edible fruite bouquet - that sounds SO good! I've seen pictures of them but never been on the receiving end. Don't think anyone in this area does them. Glad to hear you're enjoying yours!

    1. Flowers are always welcome, particularly after a long winter and a really dull yucky spring.

  5. You always find the neatest things - yes love the yarn birdies which have bags of personality, I do like the diet of miniatures, that is a clever idea, they say the best diet is to share your food! Not sure I'd ever be tempted to make a handbag but never say never!
Happy to hear you had some lovely treats for Mother's Day!

  6. Happy Mother's Day to you too Mary Ann!
I'm not on a diet, so I'll be eating a real Hagen Daas bar, thank you. They're not very big really. I suppose if a person ate several a day for a few weeks then there might be a problem. But who does that?
