Tah Dah!!!!!

Well, here it is.  Finished.  Done.  Ready to be delivered.

SOLD!

I think you can click on it to embiggen to show more details (if you so desire, of course!).  And below is the original photo I worked from...

I chose not to attempt fate by adding all the shadows that appear in the original - just a tad outside my current abilities I think!

Now it's on to working on another barn!  I think it will be this one...

It might be a little slow moving for a day or two - managed to do a number on my back last night so I'm moving slower than usual!

Today is another anonymous quote..."When you feel like quitting, think about why you started"

  8. Your house is perfection. I know the owner will love seeing their home depicted in fabric. OMGosh! that barn is so cool. Terry loves barns. A family joke is when we are out for a drive and see a dilapidated barn, we always say "There's a barn for Papa". He would totally have a portrait of a barn scene on the wall behind our couch if I would let that happen, lol.

Your quote of the day is wall worthy.

  13. Oh, it's beautiful, Mary Anne. And what perfect details you've added. I enjoyed going back and forth between the photo of the house, and the photo of the quilted picture, and I'm impressed with all the great details you picked up. I am just in awe.
