More fillers

I apologize in advance for these pictures - one is blurry and in another I realized that I hadn't picked out all the little bits of tissue paper I used for the pattern.  Oops.  Oh well, you get the general idea anyway!

Your quote of the day..."You can't reach what's in front of you until you let go of what's behind you"

  1. Those are cheerful pot holders, I like cheerful things in my kitchen.
    Beautiful progress with your embellishing.
    The quote is right on.

  2. Very nice stitching. And thanks for the links.

  3. Love all of your seams. What do you use tissue paper for? Love this quote and I am guilty of living in the past at times. Lovely CQ...

  4. love your embroidery

  5. Thanks for the great links! (I really must put more effort into learning to crochet...) I love your fillers. You do such beautiful work!

  6. Oooh, stitching beauties. Love love love your pale blue roses. You have such a lovely variety of stitches in the embellished seams.
Thanks for the lizard link, I have saved that one for gift-giving later in the year.

  7. More beautiful stitches - love the pink lizard!

  8. Your stitching is so beautiful!

  9. I'm having a moment where I think I need better glasses as I can't see the tissue paper for sure, just your gorgeous work! That quote resonates well with me in my new life!
