Edging on white cloth

The white cloth is almost finished, but I'm not going to reveal it all until it is.  In the meantime, here are some closeups of some of the edging I've been putting on...

It's a good day to stitch, because outside it's alternating between sun and huge and heavy flakes of snow...at times I can't even see the river for the snow.  It's the first of April so bring on spring!!

  1. Love the buttonhole stitch and running stitch along the edges. Nice touch!

  2. Very nice. I'm sure t his edging really sets it off. Sometimes I wish I was in the snow.....but not for long. LOL We are in the 80's already.

  3. Lovely edging! I look forward to the final reveal, and we had the same weather today. I think Mother Nature was making an April Fool's joke.

  4. Mary Anne I love this edging so very much and, like Suz, I'm really looking forward to seeing the final reveal too.
It will be so hard to leave this piece of bird paradise when the time finally arrives but that's not for quite some time so we'll continue to love and appreciate the precious little birdies for now.
It's always lovely to hear from you!
