Journal cover and.....sewing???

I added a few doodads to the back cover of Persia's journal. The starfish on the lower left is a brooch. The lobster and ship were both earrings in a previous life.

Today I spent the day sewing a housecoat from some lovely soft fabric. If you're interested, the pattern is from McCall's #4320. Tomorrow I just might get carried away and make another one!

  1. Hi MA

I should start sewing for myself again. The robe is neat. I made a bunch of pillow cases and it actually felt god to sew on the machine. was walking thru WalMart yesterday and saw some great fabric so will be sewing more cases after I forget that I made so many already.

Your booklet is great and imagine Jack gold leafing that holder. What a guy.

  2. Ooh, very pretty! Love the robe.

  3. I've been gathering clothing patterns lately. I guess I'm getting an itch to sew something to wear like I used to. Love the robe.

  4. Yep, this Ozarks farm chick would call that just a few baubles! It's just beautiful, sweetie. I'm lovin' that red robe, it's my color ya know? Heeeheehe!

God bless ya'll from the hills and hollers of the Missouri Ponderosa!!!

Thank you so much for leaving comments! I appreciate you taking the time out of your busy life to talk to me. It's wonderful to know that someone is actually reading my mumblings and even more fun if I can connect with you and visit your blog.
