I really wish I could translate the wonderful rich colour of this sunflower into fabric!
I did a tiny little bit on my TIF piece today, but managed to spend most of the day celebrating my birthday which was LAST month! Not everybody can stretch the day out into a full month. Two separate friends gave me presents today so I feel pretty lucky at the moment!

    Happy Birthday! what a great sunflower _ive never seen one that colour (any colour other than yellow, come to think of it)

  2. What a rich deep colour---sigh...just the same as some of the rocks we saw today in Horseshoe Canyon---mysterious and entrancing.
    PAINT works :}

    i collected seeds from a wild sunflower too today :}

  3. That is one beautiful sunflower.
    A friend out west gave me some seeds from his which were the very same color. Somehow mine never came out the same..... Darn!!
    Got any spare seeds??? :-}

  4. What a beautiful color! Mmamybe you can print this picture into fabric?

Thank you so much for leaving comments! I appreciate you taking the time out of your busy life to talk to me. It's wonderful to know that someone is actually reading my mumblings and even more fun if I can connect with you and visit your blog.
