Cute dress. I did a pink one, similar to this one for my daughter 52 years ago. My, how time flies!!

ReplyDeleteI didn't know about the signal either and I think, like you, that it should be more common knowledge. It certainly could help in situations of domestic violence and definitely kidnappings.
