Continuing on

I'm back to working on the 'ghostly' landscape and adding to the embroidery in the foreground....

Today's quote..."I've finally reached the wonder years....wonder where I parked the car?....wonder where I left my phone?....wonder where my glasses are?....wonder what day it is?

  1. I absolutely have to make some of those googly eye figures. They're just too good!

Your landscape is coming along lovely, too.

    1. Glad you liked the metal work - I haven't a clue how it's done, but I do like the end result!

    1. I'm either wondering or living in the 'here after' most of the time.

  4. Your stitching is so beautiful. I loved seeing Michelle's stockings on your post. I must brag that she and her daughter visited me one time-in person! We live in the same state. She gifted me with wonderful vintage yo-yo's, watercolors, very old paper and ephemera. We had a wonderful gab and a nice time of getting to know each other a little in person-a nice thing to see someone you have blogged with in person!

    1. I must admit I admire Michelle's work from afar most of the time - she does such amazing things. I once won a little bear she did on fabric and it's one of my treasures. Lucky you to be able to get together!

    1. The horse certainly caught my eye too - one of those things I would love to see in person. Or, even better, see him creating it!

  7. "Ghostly" or not, I love your stitches on this one! You do, as Lorraine said above, work magic when you pick up a needle.

  8. Beautiful stitching on your landscape Mary Anne. I'm hoping to add some hand embroidery to one of my projects this weekend. It's trying to snow here so a good weekend for stitching in the warm!! Love those little stick guys.... just too cute! Hugs Christine xx

    1. Thanks Christine - embroidery while it's snowing outside sounds perfect. Well, at least the embroidery part of it does!
