Another Christmas finish

Our youngest grandson is the only member of the family that was stocking-less for Christmas.  A doting grandma simply can't have that, so this was created...

The red bear fabric is SO soft and cuddly.  The bear applique is the back side of a scrap of suede I had in my stash.

Today's quote..."Don't compare your life to others.  Comparison is the thief of joy"

    1. He'll be too little yet this year to really appreciate a stocking but he'll grow into it.

    1. I'm sadly behind in filling the Christmas box this year - normally I start working on things mid-January and add to it all year long.

  6. Love Evan's stocking. I can see it becoming a Hug Rug after the gifts are removed. The fabric sounds so cuddly. GKs are so great to have.
Yesterday we received from a young GD, hand made gifts in an envelope addressed to Mr and Mrs Post Office.
We receive mail C/-the local PO. ..luckily her dad added the proper finish. Love the quote also.

    1. Not sure he'll appreciate the stocking as much as what might be inside it....at least as he gets older.

    1. Good thing we live in Canada then...lol. It's such fun being a grandma and being able to make things for our grandsons - at least until they outgrow any interest in what Imake.

    1. Nope - I'm not the stocking filler-upper - that torch has been passed. I just make the stockings.
