Some more seams

There has been more progress on the latest project....

Today, for a little break from just looking at finished seam treatments, how about I share a couple of the patterns?

This one is made up of straight stitches (black & red) and woven thread (blue).

This is a modified chevron stitch (red) and straight stitches (black and green) and French Knots.

Cross stitches (black); straight stitches (red & green) and French Knots.

If you'd like to see more of these seam treatments (and perhaps use them in your own work), simply click on 'seam treatments' in my sidebar.

Another quote from an anonymous source...."Time decides who you meet in life, your heart decides who you want in your life, and your behavior decides who stays in your life"

  2. Aah....purging your fabric stash....getting rid of the fabrics that one doesn't love. My problem is that I love all my fabrics. =) I am loving the black embroidery on these seams, Mary Anne.

  3. I find your stitches so intriguing. I think I'm going to try some of them as tangles. Those links have some wonderful info and that blue and white afghan - love it!

  4. Your seam treatments are sew beautiful and complex. Then when you share each stitch it looks doable. Kitties are so cute and I adore them. Love that BLUEtiful crochet. Interesting quote to remember. <3
