Let's see - all fingers and toes are aligned....
....ah, yes.....this one is number sixteen....
Today your quote is from Bill Watterson.... "Weekends don't count unless you spend them doing something completely pointless"
This one stands out to me for some reason, although they all have been quite lovely. What is the original reason behind these. What do people do with them today? I would display one on a shelf with other pretties.
My dear I am amazed at your beautiful CQ postcards and all the work and time you put into them. Now that I am trying to do just the very most basic of stitches I can truly appreciate your work so much better. It is taking me forever to get needle and thread attached to my fabric. I definitely have pointless down for my weekend.
This one is one of my favorites, I love the delicate greens and pinks! And I'm certainly going to take your advice about the weekend!! It's been HOT here in Missouri this week and I plan to stay inside and finish my book. Happy weekend! Z
Thank you so much for leaving comments! I appreciate you taking the time out of your busy life to talk to me. It's wonderful to know that someone is actually reading my mumblings and even more fun if I can connect with you and visit your blog.
Another beautiful card Mary Anne! I hope you have some pointless time this weekend! Enjoy yourself! Christine x
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely gorgeous.

ReplyDeleteBe sure to let us know on Monday what your pointless thing done this weekend.

Haha...love this quote. Number 16 is so pretty. Have a completely "pointless" weekend, yourself, Mary Anne. =)
ReplyDeleteExquisite! Such a pretty lady again : )
ReplyDeleteOoh, I really love this one!!!

ReplyDeleteOf course, this lovely lady could only be Sweet Sixteen. A very dainty postcard.
ReplyDeleteWhites this time! lovely choice of color and stitches to compliment.
ReplyDeleteLovely card and I am happily watching tv and playing on the surface as I relax Sunday avo after church.

ReplyDeleteLovely card again :) Such effort you deserved a point-less weekend - is that one without your needle?!!!
ReplyDeleteHope it was good whichever way it was.
