And now - back to the regularly scheduled doses of mumblings

Today there was some stitching - a big difference from the past couple of days which were spent doing things that weren't the least bit productive (but my shelves are looking a whole lot neater).

This afternoon I finished stitching on postcard # 12

Today I came across this quote about gratitude and thought it was very fitting right now.  The author is unknown.  "Gratitude is the music of the heart, when its chords are swept by the breeze of kindness"

Believe me my friends - our family has felt your breeze and can't thank you enough.  Bless you all.

  1. Post card #12 is beautiful work.

  2. What a lovely card filled with blue yumminess! God Bless you and your family. Xx

  3. Absolutely BLUEtiful postcard. Great quote. I do hope your family is doing better and I shall continue Prayers and Healing Energy.

  4. A lovely quote Mary Anne and I am glad life has settled down again for the moment! Another lovely card too! Enjoy a lovely weekend! Christine x

  5. Again, beautiful stitching....and a lovely, heartfelt post.

  6. I'm focusing on prayers for the baby and the mother's peace of mind. Gratitude and Kindness. Two of the most simple things in life, yet so many have a hard time feeling them.
    xx, Carol

  7. Love the postcard and the quote. So happy the prayers are working!

  8. Glad things are getting back to normal. Until I see that baby's smiling face on here with her doting grandma I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.

  9. you've got tidy shelves???? Now that is what I call productive....

  10. Love the postcard and the quote. Blessings for the family.

  11. What a lovely thing to say 'our family has felt your breeze' - I hope you can still feel it.
With the warmest of wishes to you all
    Wren x
