Rudolph? You got company!!
As far as red noses go, I think Rudolph still has me beat, but that's not to say I'm not trying to run a close second! Be gone, allergies - get thee behind me so I can go outside and not be kept inside like a hothouse plant!

ReplyDeleteHi MA sorry to hear you are feeling under the weather. I can empathize because I was down with a crazy long lived bug for about a month. I hope your allergens clear out quickly so you can go outside!
ReplyDeleteAllergies are the pits aren't they? Do you use nasal wash? My husband and I find they help.Less sinusitis.Where we live bad for allergies too.

ReplyDeletejust a thought you might consider...several years ago i gave up eating dairy. i have since had little problem with allergies and have been able to stop my allergy shots which i took for more than 30 years having to stop and start again several times. it is said, that dairy causes mucous which encourages the allergies. i do miss it but am much happier physically.
