Despite numerous interruptions today I managed to get some work done on my TIF block. I'm still not sure that I will make the deadline, but it won't be for lack of trying.

I picked up my new glasses today and eureka! THAT's what things look like without a constant fogginess from the scratches on my old ones. Wow.

Yesterday I ordered an e-book from Kitty & Me Designs (Pam Kellogg) and it's every bit as wonderful as I had thought. I can't wait to start playing with some of the seam treatments using waste canvas because they are absolutely beautiful. The book is called 'Elegant Crazyquilt Seam Treatments - Volume 1' and is available in her Etsy shop through her blog at Personally I think it's well worth the price!

  1. This is really looking beautiful MA

  2. You are making the best from the TIF palette!
Amazing how new glasses change the world. I must make an appointment for new ones too :-)
Thanks for your comment on Mme Corbeau...

Thank you so much for leaving comments! I appreciate you taking the time out of your busy life to talk to me. It's wonderful to know that someone is actually reading my mumblings and even more fun if I can connect with you and visit your blog.
