Another finish

I always have socks on the knitting needles and these are the latest pair to be completed (also going in the Christmas box).  I know it's boring for you to keep seeing socks but I use this as a means to keep track of what I've done.
Yarn is Paton's Kroy.

- Perhaps you can use one of THESE?

- If you have some time when you have nothing else to do, how about making some of THESE?

- THIS would be a pretty addition to your table.

- THIS is a sweet little project you might like to create.

Today's quote...

    1. I pretty much always have a pair of socks on the go...easy to pick up and knit without much thought.

  2. Lovely Kroy socks to go into your Christmas box,!!:))) I like the colors a lot on these.
We are still snow covered here--unusual for this coastal area to stay this cold for so long...
Got out to do food shopping this morning and re-stocked with an eye to the coming weekend storm...

Sherryofcreateology: Lovely socks! I am amazed at how the yarn makes the design as you knit. My knitting skills are sadly lacking. Please stay safe and warm as you venture out into your freezing cold weather.

    1. I rather like the colourway of this pair of socks so I might order some more at some point.
As for staying warm, I'm trying my level best to not have to go outside!

    1. It's a good thing I like knitting socks, but I admit I have to choose yarn that has some interest. I don't think I would ever knit a plain colour throughout because it would be far too boring.

    1. I wouldn't mind a pair in this colourway too, so maybe I'll break down and make some for myself.

Do you have a favorite sock pattern or maybe you have posted it before. Thanks

    1. Yes, I do have a favourite pattern which is based on a pattern called 'Wise Hilda's Basic Ribbed Sock' by Kate Atherly. If you come back to see my blog post on Monday I will talk more about it and the modifications I make.
