Narrowing in

Yes, I'm narrowing in on a finish for the latest landscape but it's not ready for its big reveal just yet.  So how about another sneak peek?

.The Resident Chef and I both celebrated our birthdays with a special steak supper at our favourite restaurant.  Here we are, more than a day later and we'll still recovering from having eaten so much.  We even brought half our steaks home and ended up still stuffed.  Couldn't be the huge (and hugely decadent) freebie dessert they gave us...or could it?

- I rather like THIS idea and wonder if you could use recycled plastic rather than purchasing pre-made bookmarks.

- You likely know that I love dragons, so I found THIS fascinating to read.  While you're at her site, be sure to check her galleries.  All I can say is wow.

Today's quote is from Albert Einstein..."If I were to remain silent, I would be guilty of complicity"

Sherryofcreateology: Hello My Friend. Happy Birthday to RC and You! I had it on my calendar (paper because I am old school) yet I didn’t see it until today. So glad you went out to a great dinner and dessert. The sky with all the birds looks perfect for this landscape. Enjoy this new trip around the sun!

    1. Thank you Sherry. We did enjoy our supper out and then we went out for lunch today after we had our dental appointment. Getting spoiled this week!

    1. Stuffed indeed! We have enough steak left for two more meals and I brought over half my pizza home from lunch today so we'll have that for several more nights. We're set for the rest of the week.

  4. Belated Happy Birthday to you both. I'm curious... is the adirondack chair pieced together, or is that a printed image? It is lovely, whichever it is.

    1. Thank you! The chair is actually one piece of plain red fabric that I then stitched with the details and then added some black paint between the chair boards.

Thank you so much for leaving comments! I appreciate you taking the time out of your busy life to talk to me. It's wonderful to know that someone is actually reading my mumblings and even more fun if I can connect with you and visit your blog.
