Come along with me....

On Friday my friend and I explored our local quilt show and I remembered to take my camera.  So....how would you like to spend this week coming along with us and seeing some of my favourites from the show?  Sorry about the quality of some of the pictures.

There will be more quilts for you to see over the next few posts.  The pictures may not be great quality but you can get the overall look of some of the creations that caught my eye.

- I came across THIS - something I've never seen before.  Scroll down to see some amazing examples.

- I think THIS would be useful for so many people.  I'm thinking it would be wonderful to have while sitting around a campfire over the summer.

- I thought THIS bag was fun.

- THIS little guy was an awwww-worthy thing.

  1. Thank you for the virtual quilt visit.

I blogged a while ago about fore edge book art. I think a lot of us tried it as kids. It's fun to do

    1. You're welcome! There are more coming up over the rest of the week. The edge book art intrigued me, but not enough to actually do it.

  2. Thanks for the Show tour--lovely quilts--my favorite of those you chose is "Trail Mix"--I made one in all blues and grays years ago...

    1. Our guild has about a hundred members and they did put on a good show. I was hard pressed to decide which ones to end up sharing here.

    1. Sometimes it was hard to get back far enough to get a picture without people stepping into the frame.

Thank you so much for leaving comments! I appreciate you taking the time out of your busy life to talk to me. It's wonderful to know that someone is actually reading my mumblings and even more fun if I can connect with you and visit your blog.
