3/4's

 I am almost ready to start on the final corner of The Quilt but again, I'll spare you the further photo update because it's still yawn-worthy and just more of the same.  


- THIS looks as though it would be a fun (albeit messy) project to try.

- I thought THIS artist has an interesting 'take' on working with fabric.

- Have a peek at the amazing work of THIS artist!

- THIS was interesting to read, and see.

- HERE is another technique some of you might like to play with.

Today the quote is from Linda Morman Stichtenoth..."I spent the first 2/3 of my life acquiring stuff that doesn't matter only so that I can spend my last 1/3 getting rid of it.  What a stupid game of consumerism we play"

    Narrative quilts are amazing work with fabric. The bead jewelry is stunning. Crayons! Love that batik making tip

      Yes, I guess I could, but I rarely remember to take pictures of what we eat (unless Resident Chef appears in my sewing room doorway to show something off).

    Sherry of createology: Here it is another gloomy grey day. At least I never had to go out in it. Amazing artists you have shared. I feel like you should be one of the artist with your wonderful landscapes you create. This quote is so true for me however I cherish my treasures from generations previous who are no longer with us. I shall have to go before the sentimental treasures. Blessings Dear.

      awww - thank you Sherry! It's so hard to change the mindset from thinking of myself as a crafter as opposed to being an 'artist'.
      We actually got some sun today which was certainly nice for a change.
