Yet more cross stitch, sort of

I've carried on with my cross stitching for a little while longer (don't worry, it's not going to become a constant) and have been working on some Christmas cards and postcards.  Here's the first card I made...

This one is heading for AU to my distant cousin who owns a much-loved Scottie dog.  Thought she'd appreciate this one.

- Some of you might find THESE intriguing.

- And THIS too!

- There's a good article HERE on how to square off a quilt of any size.

- There are links HERE to several different vintage needlework sites that some of you might find of interest.

Today's quote is from Emily Dickinson..."Forever is composed of nows"

  1. I do like that quotation. How we spend our days is how we spend our lives.

    1. I'm not great at making cards but it's the thought that counts (or so I've been told!).

    1. I think she'll like it. I made her a Scottie-themed one last year and she loved it so figured it was worth doing again.
