I didn't have anything ready to share in the way of a photo today and then these arrived.....
Thank you Shawn and Winnie!!
Today's quote..."Sometimes doing nothing is doing something very important"
Happy Mother’s Day Dear. Your bouquet is lovely. Lots of great links. I agree that sometimes doing nothing is actually doing something far more important.
Hi There...lovely bouquet and the embroidery on your latest finish is also so lovely! I like more close up photos to really see the details. I love that quote in your last post...I think of that when I get down about this lockdown. I also checked out all the links today and thanks so much for sharing them. Pouring rain here today and do hope it is much nicer where you are!
Beautiful flowers! I like your quotation I have found it very beneficial this past year to make good use of sitting and doing nothing!! Hugs Christine xx
Thank you so much for leaving comments! I appreciate you taking the time out of your busy life to talk to me. It's wonderful to know that someone is actually reading my mumblings and even more fun if I can connect with you and visit your blog.
Beautiful, Happy Mother's Day!
ReplyDeleteThey are indeed beautiful - a lovely bit of cheer on the dining room table.
DeleteLovely flowers. Abd the quotation is so wise. Don't just do something, sit there. I work on this. With varying success.
ReplyDeleteI'm not a person who sits and does nothing - although while I was waiting for my new glasses I got some practice at it.
DeleteSuch beautiful flowers, Mary Anne. I hope you enjoy a beautiful Mother's Day.
ReplyDeleteThank you Kim - maybe we'll get to do some screen time together too.
DeleteI love your old barn!
ReplyDeleteThank you!

Thank you Jocelyn! We actually had a not bad day here - no rain, but stated out dull. Nice and sunny now so hopefully it lasts for a few days.
DeleteHappy Mother's Day.
ReplyDeleteThank you Judy - and to you as well!

ReplyDeleteMother's Day this year was different I must admit. The flowers were a ray of sunshine though so I'm grateful.

ReplyDeleteI've done a lot of sitting and doing nothing while I waited for my glasses and have had quite enough of it to last me awhile.
