.....and......it begins again.....

Another barn.  What can I say....I'm obsessed!  This one has been planned for awhile so I am being a really good girl and doing what I should, but I have to admit I really, really, really (!) want to do the one I have waiting in the wings.  You will just have to wait and see what it is but suffice to say it has an element I've never tried before.  In the meantime, I'm working on this one...

Here is the beginning...

Your quote..."A lot of walking away will do your life good.  Walk away from arguments that lead you to anger and nowhere.  Walk away from people who deliberately put you down.  Walk away from the practice of pleasing people who choose to never see your worth.  Walk away from any thought that undermines your peace of mind.  Walk away from judgmental people, they do not know the struggle you are facing and what you have been through.  Walk away from your mistakes and fears, they do not determine your fate.  The more you walk away from things that poison your soul, the healthier your life will be.

  1. Big smile when I caught first glimpse of another barn photo. I can stiil see in my mind favorite barns I've driven by. One such is a big and long red barn with multiple windows set into a gentle hill. I'll send a photo when I find the original picture.

  2. It is always a happy day when one sees a photo of one of your barns. Love the rusty iron roof and the autumnal colours peeking from behind the barn. Oh my word....those amazing fibre works of art by Mary Brubaker Knapps....be still my beating heart. Makes my little applique quilt look at bit ho hum. =) Oh well, this mere mortal is off to applique another Hydrangea.

  6. Two barns in one!! I REALLY like how you have created a hill with the fabrics on the right. I love each one of your barns, but I will not wish for you to rush through this one so I can see what the NEXT one is.
