Righter?

Last time I showed you the beginning of my next barn landscape and told you that the colours weren't quite right (at least in my mind anyway!).  I've now 'adjusted' them and this is what I am working with...

I'm still not sure about a couple of the areas, but within the confines of my stash I think I'm going to have to be satisfied.

Another anonymous quote..."You can't let people scare you.  You can't go your whole life trying to please everyone else.  You can't go your whole life worried about what everyone else is going to think.  Whether it's your hair, clothes, what you have to say, how you feel, what you believe in or what you have...you can't let the judgement of others stop you from being you.  Because if you do, you are no longer you.  You are just someone everyone else wants you to be"

  5. I had to go back and compare the two skies and this one is definitely better. I always get lost in the links you share. Thanks for including them. Have a great weekend.

  8. You always come up with such interesting things - the modesty panel, yes I have one dress that would work well for, I love the summer reading bingo idea and if anyone wants a dog to read to the crazy poodle will be all ears! And the Christmas snowman, all I can say is wow! I love it, but I have enough problems packing my Xmas decs away without adding in three goldfish bowls haha!
    Your barn is looking fantastic.

    1. I'm with you in not having space for goldfish bowls, but when we had the house and more space I would have tried it. Wish I could come and read to your crazy poodle - that would be fun!

  9. I love the quote at the end Mary Anne, and I like daring to be me. If a bit of hippy influence should show up in my wardrobe, well that means comfortable clothes that hide the ageing jiggly parts. lol

  10. The change you made is very subtle but I think you were right to do it.

  11. I think it's amazing the details you can see that aren't really there yet. I had to take several double-checks to see what you had changed. I wouldn't have thought the difference would have been noticeable, but looking at them both (again) I see that you have improved it. I new it. I didn't know how. But I knew you were somehow going to improve upon thing - that to me, didn't even need improving. :)

Thank you so much for leaving comments! I appreciate you taking the time out of your busy life to talk to me. It's wonderful to know that someone is actually reading my mumblings and even more fun if I can connect with you and visit your blog.
