Tah Dah (sort of)
As promised, here's a picture of the Christmas pillow cover (stuffed with the pillow and currently sitting on the couch in our living room)....
The 'sort of' part of the post title pertains to the fact that I really want to put a nice wide piece of ecru eyelet lace around the outside to finish it off. I think I mentioned that my stash let me down (horrors!!) and didn't yield any that was long enough. Rather than not use the pillow this year I opted to finish it anyway and will simply add the lace after I've made a trip to the fabric shop.

ReplyDeleteHope you're having a lovely relaxing time now the visits are tapering off.Gets a bit hectic socialising this time of year.We usually see friends after Christmas has passed.More relaxing for them, although me don't mind as our Christmases are usually pretty quiet.
