And....yet more....

I think maybe I'm French knotted out for the time being!  Here's the latest section of the landscape...

- I'd like to try making some of THESE.  And THESE too!

- I love the creations of THIS amazing artist! I really wish I could learn to make what she does.  Seeing her creations sent me on a quest and I came across THIS - not as beautiful but it's a start.

- HERE is something you might like to do if you have some old jeans.

Today's quote is from Danny Thomas..."There are two kinds of people in this world.  The givers and the takers.  The takers sometimes eat better but the givers always sleep better"

  1. More is good.
The stitched roses link is neat. I can see embellishing a tunic with those.

    1. Coming from a crazy quilting background I've always thought more is good when it comes to stitching.

    1. The blossoms are simply cut out of felt and then only stitching down through the centre and the 'veins' in the flowers - the rest is left floating. And yes, I'd join you on that bench!

  3. The bench and more flowers is the perfect addition to the foreground. Lovely patient work, Mary Anne.

  4. I can see why you're "french knotted" out! You've been doing a lot of them! Love the daffodil tutorial link. I remember making fabric flowers back in the 70's with fabric and pipe cleaners in different colors. Mom always kept us busy with crafts.

    1. I think fabric flowers were pretty popular back in the 70's because I know I did them too. I remember making them with some sort of dippable plastic film too.

    1. Thank you Jocelyn! I'm glad you are liking the quotes I find - some would say I'm being too political but so be it.
