I've added some cherry blossoms and am currently boring myself silly making innumerable French knots to create the tree in the distance.

The cherry blossoms will soon be out in British Columbia where our #2 son and his family live. I'm trying very hard not to hate them, particularly when we're buried in snow.

French knots aren't so bad once you get into a routine with them.

Yesterday hubby took off the protective burlap coverings from the Cactus plants. I think it is too soon but Father Knows Best! Blessings…

DeleteBeautiful as always MA! I actually like make French Knots. I remember my grandma teaching me how to do them back in early 70's.
ReplyDeleteI suspect my maternal grandma taught me to make them too, but I can't remember for sure. She was the embroiderer in the family.
