A little bit of progress

Perhaps now you can see the evolution of a church - maybe?  Then again, maybe not!!  There's a lot of stages that look like a dogs breakfast until it finally starts coming together and at the moment it's very dog breakfast-y (of the sort that some might think more closely resembles barf!!).

An anonymous quote..."Never regret a day in your life:  good days give happiness, bad days give experience, worst days give lessons, and best days give memories"

  1. I do not see any barf or dog rejected meals. I see ann amazing church coming forth. Excellent quote today. Thank You Dear for all you share.

    1. Thank you dear Sherry - you are so good for my ego! However, after today's efforts on this particular project, it's looking more and more like the afore-mentioned barf. Hopefully I can salvage it!

    1. Nope, not being too hard on myself - this one is not working out the way I'd hoped and I'm not sure it can be fixed. Perhaps there will be a miracle tomorrow!!

  5. I can see that the old church is starting to evolve very nicely:) That tube idea is similiar to the Turn-it-all tools I have for doll making. Invaluable.

    1. Today I did a bit more on it and at this point in time I think it looked better before I did anything more. Time will tell!!

Spring is here next week and Easter is in April this year.
Time to think about Easter decorating.

    1. I can't wait for spring! This morning we went out and could hear the birds so there's hope.

  8. Dog Breakfast?!? Never! The bell tower is a dead giveaway that this is a church. :) Love bird cams - unfortunately, mama barred owl is sleeping and all I can see is her feather moving up and down with each contented sleeping breath.

    1. Oh yes - dog's breakfast is definitely looking better than it does right now! The 'frog' is going at it tomorrow and we'll see if it can be improved. Mama owl has been sleeping every time I've looked too.

  9. I like the photo and would hang it as is on my wall. So far if you've had problems with any previous project you found a clever/happy and fantastic result. An idea will pop up for you I'm certain.
