This blog is supposed to be about crazy quilting (amongst other mumblings) and, believe it or not, I have some CQ content today!
FINALLY
I will get to the winner!
I will get to the winner!
(go ahead, fess up if you scrolled down to read this bit first!!)
First of all I want to thank all of you who took the time to enter my giveaway (and those of you who signed up to be followers). Thirty six of you were hoping to win and I SO wish I had 36 copies of the book to give you each one! Believe me, I'd be so happy if I could. But there's only one copy and, using the extremely scientific method of asking my hubby to choose a number between 1 & 36, the lucky winner is............
CHRISTINE (from sunny down under)!!!!!!!!!!
Christine said she will be taking a special in-depth class over the next couple of years and that she thought this book might be useful.
Congratulations Christine - drop me your snail mail addy (to my email at marmic1954 at gmail dot com) and I will get the book in the mail this week. Hope you like it!!
As I said, I'm sorry you all couldn't win, but keep tuned to this space for further giveaways over the next while. I'm seriously downsizing my studio and there will be tons of stuff that won't be moved with us - a lot of it just might become giveaways!!
from one Aussie to another let me congratulate Christine from sunny Sydney. you are very generous Mary Anne.
ReplyDeleteHey that crazy quilt is certainly amazing, perhaps you should re-think how much you charge for your jackets Mary Anne in light of this.
Wow, I can't believe the price that some quilts sell for, but they are beautiful and have tons of work in them. Congrats to the winner. Great giveaway. Did I miss something MA....are you moving?????
