I rather like THIS for fall decor - not expensive if you forego the primer step. As long as you're careful with it and seal the end result I don't think it would need it.
UPDATED TO ADD: I made one! The RC just emptied a can of pumpkin pie fill so I absconded with it and made the project. Will have to check the $ store for some appropriate flowers/leaves to add.
- THIS would make a lovely gift for someone.
- I'm rather intrigued by THIS.
- HERE is something fun to make for fall.
- THIS is a little bit different take on a pincushion.
Today's quote...

I'm pleased with it. I don't normally decorate for fall but I thought a little touch on the table might be nice.
DeleteOooh, I absolutely love that Autumn decor!!! Thank you so much for sharing, and for sharing the Winnie the Pooh quote as well!
ReplyDeleteI just need to hit the dollar store for some fall flowers/leaves to add to it and I think it will be perfect.
DeleteThe upcycled tin can is so pretty! And somewhere, hopefully, there is a pumpkin pie as well.

I don't know when I'll get to the dollar store to pick up some flowers but hopefully soon and yes, I'll show it again then.
DeleteGreat way to use something that would have ended up in recycling. Hope you find the flowers and such to fill it soon.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
I'll go to the dollar store the first of the week and see what I can find.
DeleteI love recycling in crafts. This one is pretty, too!
ReplyDeleteI had fun making it and it looks nice sitting on my table right now.
