Just a little mystery

The past couple of days I've been working on a small crazy quilt project and will keep it a mystery for now....any guesses as to what this might become?

It measures approx. 20x6"

  2. And I wonder if the crazy quilting project is influenced by that white on white embroiderer. Make up purse? Barbie sleeping bag? Knitting needle caddy?

    1. Good guesses, but unfortunately none of the above. I think it will come as a surprise when I do the reveal!

  3. I'm not guessing on your project, it will be fabulous I'm sure.
Thanks for the link for the Outlander knit projects, very romantic and beautiful.
The quote is good, the answer to the test is always faith and hope.

    1. Not so sure about fabulous, but it WILL be practical! I haven't seen the Outlander series but I did read the books twice so I can't speak to how authentic the patterns might be, but they do look romantic for sure.

  4. “Bottoms Up” Barbies look like an amateur Esther Williams screen call. Good quote to remember. Could you be CQing a Choir Robe Collar? LOL

  6. Hi Mary Anne, trying to work out what can be made with a piece of fabric of that size.... how about a large decorative bow?
Though not too sure why - perhaps to put the bow on a gift for a new Mum?
    Very intriguing, :-)

    1. Good guess! But it isn't a bow. I'm sure everyone is going to be VERY disappointed when I reveal the end result.

    1. Nope, not baby or wedding. People are going to be really surprised when they find out (and, no doubt, quite disappointed!!). Nice sunny day here - at least so far. Plan to spend the afternoon watching (on tv) the last baseball game our team will play this season.
