Still gone

We made it safely  across the country  and are thoroughly enjoying  baby cuddles and spending time with our  son  and  daughter-in-love.  See?.....

It's not a great picture because it was taken with  the  camera  on my  tablet . ..sorry.

We have another few days  here and then I'm prepared  to  shed copious  amounts  of  tears when we leave.  It's unlikely  we'll  see them again for a very long time so it's going to be terribly hard to  leave.  Tring not to think about it!

Hope you're  still having fun amongst yourselves .

  6. Oh..what a darling!! What a great joy for you! Any names yet? Must be so hard to choose a name when there are 100's to choose from and that name will probably stay with the child for a lifetime. ENJOY, enjoy, enjoy!!

  8. It's so difficult to leave one's grandbaby! But you did get to snuggle, and cuddle, and kiss and hold her in your arms, so I'm happy for that. It wrenches the heart when our family live so far away, and visits become very few. Hugs

  14. Such a cute picture. I can't imagine living far from my grandsons. It would be such a heartache. But, since I'm always looking for the bright side. You are so very lucky to be able to go for a visit and stock up on baby hugs.
