To continue on with the journal series...
Today the quote is from Sam Levenson.... "The simplest toy, one which even the youngest child can operate, is called a grandparent"
What fun going on a little zoo excursion with your grandson. It must be lovely to witness your grandson's view of the world through new eyes. More lovely pages of your journal. I am in awe of it!!
ReplyDeleteHello Mary Anne! I have been away for a few days so am just catching up!! So glad that you had a great visit to the zoo with your family.... seeing the zoo again through the eyes of a child is always special!! Love your journals too and all your new additions to your Autumn crazy quilt cushion!! Christine x
ReplyDeleteGreat post and totally appropriate quote today! I miss the time when our grands were young. Even though they are 18 and 20 and we still have fun and laugh a lot, those moments when they were tots and the time we shared then are treasured. Let me tell you, video was a fantastic invention!
