Please excuse the colour in this photo - it's a dull day here today which doesn't help AND I compounded the issue by purchasing new light bulbs - and got the wrong ones.  Trust IS mostly white!

As I mentioned before, the inspiration for this part of my wrapping cloth originated with the work of Ernst Haeckel.

  1. Wow! You work fast! this is beautiful and I think you captured the spirit of the artist perfectly.
I love the stitches you chose. Pretty cool!

  2. Oh my. Love the hexagons repeated in different techniques. Did you crochet the lace filler? it's very fine.
All those wonderful French knots make me want to pick up my needle and threads again instead of my crochet hook.
Looking forward to seeing more of your wrapping cloth.

  3. and I love this one too......there's a lot of loving going on here!!

Thank you so much for leaving comments! I appreciate you taking the time out of your busy life to talk to me. It's wonderful to know that someone is actually reading my mumblings and even more fun if I can connect with you and visit your blog.
