I'm sorry to have to put the word verification back on for a little bit.  I'm getting inundated with spam and hopefully they'll move on to greener pastures when they discover that it's harder to be a PIA.  In the meantime, please keep commenting and I'll soon return things to the regularly scheduled programming (I hope!!).

I did manage some stitching today but haven't had a chance to take any pictures.  However, I can tell you that the unveil of the grant secret project is coming soon.  Stay tuned!!

  1. Ah, my WV is on always. I can't take that spam and unfortunately, I delete anonymous comments unread. IMHO, making comments to blogs with the WV is not a bother.

  2. I don't like word verification but understand your reasoning here. Sometimes I think the word verification is more of an eye test than anything. Why do they have to make it so hard to read by blurring and distorting? Blogger has been real good about throwing my spam into the spam folder. Thanks for the heads up though.

  3. Hi, Mary Ann. I hate the word verification, but I hate the spam more. Finally, a kind blogger suggested that I not allow "anonymous" comments. Just click on "Registered Users" in the "Posts and Comments" section of Settings. Now I don't have to have the word verification.
    best, nadia

Thank you so much for leaving comments! I appreciate you taking the time out of your busy life to talk to me. It's wonderful to know that someone is actually reading my mumblings and even more fun if I can connect with you and visit your blog.
