The picture of the cowls (above) isn't all that wonderful - too bad I don't have a mannequin to 'model' for me! This was a really simple pattern - The Button Up Neck Warmer, a free pattern from Red Heart (www.redheart.com).
Fingerless gloves aren't all that exciting either, but they were fun to knit. The pattern is called 'Jeff's Mitts' by Lorraine Ehrlinger Designs. I *think* I found it as a free download on Ravelry, but can't remember for sure.
Youve been a busy gal - nice work too!
ReplyDeleteLove these! I am learning to knit but don't know how to follow a pattern yet. Making lots of scarves.
ReplyDeleteI am always on the lookout for knitting patterns~~especially FREE, and fingerless gloves are a favorite. Need to get a pair knit but have knit so much of late, the hands are having a fit!
ReplyDeleteLovely work--and the gloves *are* exciting!
XXOO~~

I think you're as "all over the map" as I am! Love these! Been asking mom to make me a pair of fingerless gloves (in pink of course) for driving. I hate driving with gloves on but my hands are always cold.
ReplyDeleteThe neck warmers are great, I love to knit during the winter months. I will have to give one of these a try.

There'll be some warming going on!
ReplyDeleteSo we've BOTH been knitting.
ReplyDeleteThese neck warmers look so great Mary Anne.
I love the slow pace of knitting and adding my own touches to whatever it is!
Thank you for visiting and leaving me such a lovely comment too!
