The landscape, although there's been quite a bit of stitching, still looks pretty much the same in a photo so I'll wait to show you a progress picture. Instead, how about I show you the socks I finished knitting for the RC...
is Paton's sock yarn.
- Better stock up on your bread crumbs before you head down THIS rabbit hole!
- HERE is something the coffee drinkers among you might like to try.
- If you have someone with long hair on your gift list, perhaps THIS might be of interest.
- THIS is a pretty scarf that might be good to use up some leftover yarns.
Coffee clay! Definitely going to try that. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome! Can't wait to see the results.
DeleteI agree that coffee clay was really neat, something different.
ReplyDeleteIt would be fun to try it out and see if it works. For one thing, it should smell great!
DeleteTHose socks are gorgeous! And I think kindness is the best quality. I think so much of the world's woes would disappear if everyone was sincerely kind. Thanks for the links...off to check them out.
ReplyDeleteThe RC is happy with his new footwear so that's good. And yes, we all need to show more kindness to others.
DeleteI love ❤️ your socks and the illustration is lovely.
ReplyDeleteSadly the true colour of the socks didn't show up well in the photo (it's a rainy day here).
DeleteThe socks are great. Coffee Clay sounds very interesting.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
The RC likes them and that's what counts.
Deleteooo!!! those are handsome socks!!! (actually, i think they're beautiful, but since they're for the RC, I wrote handsome instead.)
ReplyDeleteThe RC chose the yarn and I have to say I was a bit surprised. Usually he goes for something a little more subdued.
DeleteThe coffee clay just blew my mind! I've saved it for a rainy day project!
ReplyDeleteI can only imagine how amazing that clay would smell.
DeleteBeautiful! I've probably said this before, but RC is a lucky man with toasty warm feet tucked into your wonderful colorful socks. :)
ReplyDeleteHe does like my hand knit socks, for sure. I consider myself lucky that he does the cooking so the least I can do is knit him socks.
